Mr. Esteve was very professional and helpfull in helping us pick the right infinity for our needs. Mr. Esteve was very informed on the different models. On the date of our pick up he was off but called me to inforn me that Chris Chase would take care of us. Mr. Chase treated us as if we where his clients. He took the time to go over the working of the car. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from Mr. Esteve and Mr. Chase. Infiniti of Norwood is an exceptionally customer service oriented dealership. Prior to my purchase, I also visited another Infiniti dealership, who although the staff were friendly & helpful, the dealershi oriented dealership. Prior to my purchase, I also visited another Infiniti dealership, who although the staff were friendly & helpful, the dealership was not interested in entertaining competitive price adjustments. Eric & Yaro both delivered outstanding premium service by listening to my needs and offering reasonable choices. I am 100% satisfied not only with my Infiniti, but also with the level of excellence provided by Infniti of Norwood! I use to dread visiting dealerships. However this was the best dealership experience I've ever encountered. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Infiniti of Norwood! More
