Have no idea haven’t heard a thing about my car I’ve been calling for 5 days on my vehicle left 4 messages between 3 different people plus front end staff to hand deliver to service staff about upda I’ve been calling for 5 days on my vehicle left 4 messages between 3 different people plus front end staff to hand deliver to service staff about updating me on my vehicle Nd have still heard nothing. I have now received this survey form free my car being in for 5 days and not having any information passed on to me or even being updated on my vehicle. I have no idea how things are going and am now needing to drive the 90 minutes one way just to get an answer on my vehicles status since nobody will return any calls. More

Longest wait ever... I usually deal with a different gentlemen when I my vehicle serviced and he is great let’s me know if I have any problems with my vehicle but this ti I usually deal with a different gentlemen when I my vehicle serviced and he is great let’s me know if I have any problems with my vehicle but this time around I worked with a different guy who told me of no problems but I know I have something wrong with the car. The wait was a ridiculous amount of time my apt was at 1pm arrived at 12:30 for a simple oil change and was there until well after 2:30pm. I was never approached to let me know of any delays or anything. More
