A+ for Service department at Infiniti of Norwood From my previous experiences at other dealerships, they would try their best to convince you to get unnecessary work done on your car. They don't force anything on you, but gives you recommendations/warning on what may need to be replaced soon. Overall good I've been going there for service for years since I bought from them in 2009. And generally they do a decent job. The car runs fine. The reason I don't give them an excellent rating is because of the cosmetic things: like when I get a car back and the steering wheel is greasy/oily there are grease stains on the door handle boot scuff marks on the door jamb, dings and scratches on the shifter knob, one time I saw a guy driving my car with a door wide open and stopping an inch short of a wall. scratches on the trunk, possibly when they popped it by mistake, they did buff them out when I asked, but I'd rather they didn't make em in the first place.
