For both purchases, the General Manager, Joe Rodriguez, did everything to get me the best deal possible and an interest rate that I was happy with. Most dealerships are nice to you when you're trying to purchase your vehicle, but after you've bought it the friendliness is gone and the rudeness kicks in. This is not true with Infiniti of Montclair. Whenever we take our vehicle in for service we're still greeted with friendliness and respect; plus whenever we ask if we can use a loaner vehicle so we can go get lunch or dinner instead of waiting around they're always accommodating. My experience with Infiniti of Montclair has always been positive and I will definitely return in the future to purchase other vehicles. I highly recommend them to everyone. More
