Sean took the time to compare and contrast the EX35 and the FX35 to help us make the right choice, got to know and understand our needs and personalities to make us feel at home at the dealership. Needless to stay, we got the family car of our dreams and we couldn't be more happier with the service from Sean and the rest of the Infiniti of Montclair team and our new FX35. Within two days we received a Thank You letter from Sean in the mail. These two gentleman showed me a level of customer service that could only be compared to Nordstrom. Upon my lease turn-in I was a bit nervous since I had recently lost my job and was not able to purchace my that could only be compared to Nordstrom. Upon my lease turn-in I was a bit nervous since I had recently lost my job and was not able to purchace my beautiful G35 and I was expecting to get the cold shoulder since I was not a potential buyer, but that could'nt have been further from the truth! Gabe and Jorge gratiously walked me through the process and saved me a substantial amount on wear and tear fee's. I would recomend this dealership to anyone within a 100 mile radious! I have been a customer of Infiniti of Montclair for several years now. I have never had a bad experience there. The salespeople, as well as the service people, are very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy. In fact, my husband and I went in to buy a new vehicle on a Friday night. It was late and we were talking about where we would go for food on the way home. The sales manager heard us talking and sent an employee to get food for us while we were in the finance office. And the dealership paid for it. I don't recall any other dealer doing that for their customers. That's top-notch service. More
I came to Infiniti of Montclair to just "look" at a G37 Coupe. After 2 test drives with Jodie and her detailed presentation, I knew I had to buy this car. When it was time to make the actual sale, George was extremely helpful and we made the deal. (Jodie had the day off). I usually dread the never-ending contract signing in finance however, Shawn did a nice job of moving things along while being very informative. I appreciated the extra mile that George took in following me home (long after the end of his shift)so that he could bring paperwork to my husband which needed his signature. I feel that I received a very good deal and exceptional service from these 3 team members. I will proudly recommend your dealership to my friends. Love the car and thank you all again! Very uneven sales experience. One salesperson was very nice, very accommodating. The other was extremely rude. I really could only afford a used Infiniti vehicle. Well I looked at a few local southern california dealers. Infiniti of Montclair had a bunch of Used Infiniti cars that were certified! I found a G35 wit I looked at a few local southern california dealers. Infiniti of Montclair had a bunch of Used Infiniti cars that were certified! I found a G35 with under 50k miles that fit my price range. So I went in and spoke with Mr. Cerami....long story short i got the G35 for the price I saw online. I had no problems with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone wanting an Infiniti. More

I have dealt with the sales and service group since they openned in late 1997. Since then, I have owned J30t's, I's, Q's and currently an M45 Sport through them. My wife's car (I30) was recently totalled and if they get the right model/equipment combination in a used car, they'll sell me another. These people have shown a very professional side to me over the years. I was just in last week, and again, saw nothing but smiles and hard work/customer satisfaction. I will not say they are perfect, but they are very close, at least for me. I am a demanding customer, so giving plaudits that are unjustified never happens. Quite the contrary. I believe that others may have had bad luck, or are just unreasonable. Try them. I sincerely doubt you'll be disappointed. More

I will never recommend the Infiniti of Montclair dealership in Montclair, CA. After I found that my brand new G35 had a manufacturer defect on the back bumper it was picked up for repair. The cust dealership in Montclair, CA. After I found that my brand new G35 had a manufacturer defect on the back bumper it was picked up for repair. The customer service coordinator, Yecenia Jaimes, brought a loaner G35 and instructed me to keep my gas receipts for reimbursement. After a four day delay with the repairs, the rep promised me a restaurant card along with the gas reimbursement (totaling about $30) to make up for the inconvenience. After about 3 weeks of not hearing from Infiniti on the gas reimbursements or the restaurant card, I called the customer service coordinator and left a message on her voicemail inquiring about the status of the reimbursements. She never called me back. After another month, I felt a bit frustrated that an Infiniti representative would go back on her word. So I called the Montclair dealership again. I was passed to the Sales Manager, Gabriel Vatkin. I explained the situation to him and he said he’d check and get back to me. The following Monday, Gabriel gave me a call. He told me that he spoke to Yecenia and that they had already “gone above and beyond” to take care of my car’s defect and made the effort to pick up the car for me and deliver it with a full tank of gas. Gabriel also stated that Yecenia informed him that I was the one who asked for the gas reimbursements and that she had never offered but instead told me that “she would see what she could do.” Gabriel said that there was nothing else that they could do for me, since they had already bent over backwards to accommodate me. His tone was accusing, condescending and he made me out to look like an opportunist. He never mentioned the gift card. I was outraged that the sales manager was speaking to me in this manner. I told Gabriel that I did not ask for the gas reimbursement upfront, and that Yecenia was the one who offered, along with the gift card. I would never even think of asking for such a thing! Gabriel continued to take the side of his employee, and raised his voice at me, and continued to turn the story around. He basically insinuated that I was a liar. Honestly, I can care less about getting reimbursed $30 for gas, let along a restaurant gift card. It’s all a matter of principal. If the dealership could not reimburse the $30, they could have simply told me so and I would understand. I am shocked by the way I was treated me by the sales manager. I can’t believe that they would risk the spread of negative word of mouth, for a measly $30. My experience with Infiniti employees at the Montclair dealership has been horrible and it’s extremely IRONIC that their tagline is “Where the Customer is Number 1”. They have no right to make this claim! More
