I never felt any pressure to purchase the car and felt that I could walk away at any time. The general sales manager Joe advised me to pick any car on the lot and he told me to take my time and choose the car I really liked. I test drove 4 different cars and ended up purchasing a car in the showroom and picked a SUV that had better features than the original one I was going to purchase. The service exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely recommend this dealership. I also appreciate the service Kris Starks provided throughout the entire process. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and cared about my concerns when I had a question. My family really loves the SUV I picked! Thank you again for the Great Service! More

Mouris has always gone above and beyond to make sure I was given the best deal possible. The level of service he provides is what has brought me back time and time again. This time around I had the great opportunity to work with Chris on his first day and he was great!! Good luck Chris, if you continue to provide the level of service you gave me I know you'll do very well. Mouris constantly checked in to make sure I was being taken care of which is very much appreciated. Everyone at Infiniti of Montclair from reception who offers you something to drink as soon as you walk in to finance are all so friendly. They truly make you feel at ease throughout the process. Great Service Our time at Infiniti of Montclair was the best car buying experience we have encountered thus far. Working with Kevin Gonzales, Joe Rodriguez and Manu Our time at Infiniti of Montclair was the best car buying experience we have encountered thus far. Working with Kevin Gonzales, Joe Rodriguez and Manuel Fuentes in finance was hassle free and straight forward. My husband and I are very busy people and they were able to speak to us over the phone and get things going early. They were knowledgeable regarding their products and took the time needed to explain how to use the technology inside our new car. More
