Never as promised There service department has no sense of time. This was my second time there after new management in the service department. First visit they had an impromptu meeting and didn't bother to tell the clients who were waiting for their cars. It took almost 3-4 hrs for an oil change. Plus my gauge readings weren't reset. This second time I went, it took almost 2 hrs. This time the under carriage cover of the car was not placed on correctly. It has to be replaced and I'm expecting them to replace it since when I brought the car there I had no problems with it. .. WORSE PLACE EVER FOR SERVICE.... STAY AWAY!!! More

Great service experience! I bought my SUV used at a different dealership but go to Montclair for service. Not buying it there hasn’t affected my treatment! I’m greeted warmly, asked if I have any concerns, walked to the waiting area, my service agent comes to tell me when my car is ready. The last time I was there my car wasn’t washed because it was a rainy day but I was told to stop by another day when I’m in the area and they will wash it for me. More
Visited dealership to recharge car battery I visited the dealership because my Inifiniti M56 had to be towed the day before because of a dead battery. The battery in the car had been installed I visited the dealership because my Inifiniti M56 had to be towed the day before because of a dead battery. The battery in the car had been installed just 9 months prior to this visit. They informed that if the battery tested recharge, then they would only recharge it and not replace it. They can only replace it if it tests very low. My battery only tested recharge. During this visit, the service manager informed me that I need to start my car at least every two days. If I don't use my car within 3 or more days, my battery will die. How can this be possible. How can a battery in a luxury car die after 3 days of not using the car. If I go away on a vacation for a week, my car battery will die and will not be able to start my car. More
Both employees very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Correctly analyzed oil leak problem at prior service, 5/7/17. At this service, 1/4/18 replaced oil seal and solved problem. This is the only Infiniti Service Department I will use. Service Consultant Maritza is the reason I drive a further distance to Montclair for service. When I need to have my car serviced, she has been my " Service Consultant Maritza is the reason I drive a further distance to Montclair for service. Shocked by Service Repair Estimate It took two visits to the service department for them to diagnose a problem that according to the service adviser, "they had not seen before". The dealership contacted corporate and was informed that the HICAS Actuator needed to be replaced to resolve the issue. The cost to replace the part was a shocking $6,000. I have researched online and found Infiniti owners who have similar issued with their cars. Some owners have replaced the HICAS Actuator and the problem persists. This is my second Infiniti and both have had major service problems. Saddened and disappointed by the poor quality of Infiniti cars. More
