well, it looks like im done and now my husband will is too after getting my car serviced last week. They said usually but busy with paper work oh so I guess paper work is more important then your customers. ok. then I go to pay my bill at $150 plus for a oil change! I had a card that i get in the mail I was told years ago to save them because they will honor them it was one for $49.95. alot better then $150 right!?? Mike said I was killing him and would give me $25 off Whoopee! I have a stack of those too! Thanks for the hook up mike! smh AND on top of all that-they couldnt wash my car because of some excuse and would get me next time no thanks there will be no next time More
Went in to check out a truck and sat down with our salesman ABDUL he was wonderful but the finance manager Mr. Hanania was horrible, We never even made it to the credit application before leaving. My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle this dealership. Our salesman Jerry was outstanding! I had a stellar experience with the vehicle I purchased. But watch out for the $4000.00 worth of up-charges. Also finance somewhere else and get better interest rates. And don’t be leave anything your told other than there’s air in the tires. I love the vehicle but I got lowballed on my trade and forced to accept up-charges. Turned the advertised price upside down by $12,000 by the end of the deal. I do love my new vehicle but I really got the shot end. If I could do it all again: 1. I have 2 Infiniti autos. and have used your service department many times, This time was a bad experience form lack of communication. I was told they would contact me during and have used your service department many times, This time was a bad experience form lack of communication. I was told they would contact me during the day and I heard nothing. So when I called they said it had been looked at and they would be back in touch. I called again and they said it was being finished up. 30 minutes later they texted me it was ready for pick up. The next morning It would not start. This time when I called I was told to get it jumped and drive it to the dealership or have it towed to the dealership. We then called back and asked for a manager to call us back we have not heard anything yet and this is one full day later. To say We are unhappy with the front staff at the dealership is an understatement at best. I will be driving across town to the Infiniti dealership on Atlantic. More
I honestly cant say I've ever had such a poor experience. Called the salesman and madean appointment to look at the car. Drove an hour and a half to find a filthy car sitting out front to test drive. Salesman was busy so he pawned us off to another salesman. After the test drive, 4 hours to do the paperwork. They don't bother to tell you about their 'Family Plan' that costs an additional $2500 and isnt optional until the deal is in front of you! The salesman said 'thats really the only profit they make.' Really! My wife really wanted this car so we made the deal. They promised us a new tail light since after the car was cleaned we could see that it had a big crack. My wife got hold of the sales manager who gave her a hard time about it and treated her as an annoyance. She kept calling and a month goes by and she finally got someone in parts that said, 'looks like no one ordered it." It came a week later and I installed that myself since I didnt want to drive an hour and a half to have another bad experience. Overall a crappy experience and will never go to this dealer again. I'd advise you not to either. More
