He worked diligently with both my husband and I to get us all the requested information over the phone as well as negotiating a fair sales price. Thomas exhibited excellent customer service and helped us get a fair trade in value for our suv. This is the first time we ever purchased a vehicle without seeing it first. First of all, I am 84 years old and have owned 10 Mercedes in my life so I speak with some authority. Looking to lease a new car to replace a 2009 Mercedes ML350. I evaluated the Mercedes, Audi, BMW and the QX 70 Infinity. All were good, but the Infinity stood out. However the absolute clincher was the reception I received from the manage and staff at Infinity of Orange Park. The service has continued to be impressive. I have had all service on the car preformed by them and I couldn't ask for a more responsive, capable group. If you want a great car experience, this is your dealership and the produce to go with.
