Started out great but quickly turned poor. I was about to purchase a very rare car from them and was ready to put a deposit down. However, when I reached out to let them know I was ready to do I was about to purchase a very rare car from them and was ready to put a deposit down. However, when I reached out to let them know I was ready to do so I did not hear back anything from them for several days. Three days later when I followed up the car had sold even though I had been coordinating the details of shipping, etc. for over a week. Apparently if someone else shows up with a check in hand it doesn't matter and they will happily sell it out from under you. With customer service and sales ethics like this it is no wonder Infiniti is a dying brand. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More
