Shawndy has been pleasant and responsive and willing to explain any questions I have had. The folks that answer the phone are polite and they’re all very nice when I’ve gone in myself for maintenance. The valet folks have been very nice and make the exchange super easy and quick. They have a text system to give updates or contact your POC and you can pay online! They even have sent me a video from the technician showing me exactly what the brake fluid color is, etc., to help me decide what to do. Fully recommend this dealership and service department. More
