If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed and upset by the way I was treated. I had been in contact with them for nearly two months about a car I truly wanted. During that time, I completed the online pre-qualification process and even provided my credit score so I could get a realistic estimate of what my payments would look like. At no point was I clearly told that I would need to put over $10,000 down just to get into that vehicle — and still have very high monthly payments. Because I believed I was being guided honestly, I went ahead and sold my current car. By the time I arrived at the dealership, it was too late to turn back, and that’s when I was hit with the bad news. I felt completely misled. What made things worse was how little effort the dealership seemed willing to make to help. There was another vehicle I liked much more than the one I ended up with, and it was less than $3,000 more expensive. Yet they were unwilling to work with me at all or make any kind of reasonable deal. Instead, I felt pressured into leaving with a car I absolutely do not want, with outrageously high payments. The salesperson I worked with was Phillip, and the overall experience was extremely poor. The original car I wanted had reportedly been sitting on the lot for over 150 days, yet they refused to negotiate on price whatsoever. When I finally saw it in person, it had missing paint and visible curb damage with red paint marks along the lower sides — clear signs of wear — and still they would not lower the price. Had I been given honest and transparent information from the beginning, I never would have sold my previous car or put myself in this situation. Instead, I now feel stuck with a vehicle I hate and a payment I regret. The gas wasn’t even full like I was told it would be. I had to pay for a binder just to take the car off the lot. I feel like the dealership should’ve paid for that at least after everything. I couldn’t get the insurance I planned to get since I was stuck at the dealership until 11 pm last night. The car didn’t get cleaned either. This dealership made it clear that customer satisfaction comes second to profit. I will never return, and I would strongly caution others to be careful before trusting what they are told here. More

Buying a car is supposed to be exciting, but we drove home pretty disappointed. More

I started my search in November looking for a previously owned BMW 7-Series at United Imports and Infiniti of San Jose (both companies are affiliated). I inquired about one particular car in December, and owned BMW 7-Series at United Imports and Infiniti of San Jose (both companies are affiliated). I inquired about one particular car in December, and I was responded to by Shahin Shirkhodaei. He informed me that the car I was interested in had sold, but he really tried to sell me on another car, but I wasn't interested in it. Shahin remained patient with me and we kept in touch for 4 more months until I finally found the car I wanted and Shahin jumped all over it to help me get my car. I was so impressed that he hung in there with me until I found the right car. That is great customer service! And that's why I bought the car from Shahin and Infiniti of San Jose! In fact, everyone at Infiniti of San Jose was very nice to me throughout the entire process. I will buy from them again. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from United Imports/Infiniti of San Jose. Outstanding! More

Do not give your car for service here or especially Nicholas Mcclintic I would Like to tell our experience We gave our 2016qx60 for service on Dec 19th as there was noise in our car . We went there at 7:30am we wer told we will do diagnosis to find issue and as we wer at 90k miles .He informed us he would complete that service as well So after diagnosis wer told radiator fan and 90k miles service which includes replacing Air filter will be done - charged 3653$ After 8hours we got the car and right after 30mins the engine light started to pop on dashboard we called in and was asked to come on Saturday morning Saturday morning - The car was checked by him did not give paper work he said it looks fine and again after 2hours same concern called in took appointment got Monday the 23rd Monday morning 23rd - The same person mentioned to do diagnosis again and now he mentioned the coolant , brake pad and thermostat needs to be replaced - 2,800$ plus paid for 316$ diagnosis we asked them this issue wasn't even there until they did the work on Thursday and touched engine he denied to take responsibility and paid us back 316$ Today the 27th we took the car to another center - Thermostat , coolant and air filter (which was paid on Thursday ) needs replacement . Basically they lied and never replaced the air filter - charge - 1,018$ So if you want to save ur money and not get cheated please avoid this place as the mistake happened all coz of the bad service . Have proofs for same More
