I am delighted with my new 2009 G37 replacing my Porsche Boxster. It is fast, agile and easier to get into and out of. I took it in for its first service yesterday and received VIP treatment. The General Manager personally took care of it, and while I enjoyed the gourmet coffee, checked my stocks and emails on the free internet terminal they completed the service in 40 mins even though they squeezed me in without an appointment. The biggest surprise was the miniscule price! Get ready to have your nightmares of rude service, dirty waiting rooms, high prices blown away with VIP service from Beshoff Infiniti. One of my favorite quotes of all time is Marlon Brando's Zapata ruefully waxing, "A monkey in a suit is still a monkey." I knew Beshoff Infiniti was an exceptional dealership when I purposely wore a plai Zapata ruefully waxing, "A monkey in a suit is still a monkey." I knew Beshoff Infiniti was an exceptional dealership when I purposely wore a plain shirt, shorts and flipflops into its absolutely stunning showroom AND there was nary a reaction from any of the staff. I'm sure my fashion sense or lack thereof may have pained some of the staff but the fact that it didn't show is testimony that they are very disciplined and professional, that's something I can't say of other Infiniti dealerships where the snot factor hovered above 10. In any other luxury dealership eyebrows might have popped off, but the charm of Beshoff is that to them the superficial doesn't matter. Good service is The Service and rightfully so. It seems they understand the golden rules of good business, courtesy and care makes sense, and sense makes money. Very simple. As someone who works in sales I appreciate Beshoff's high professionalism. I'm a fan when I see people strive instead of just trying. Strip away the cars, the well manicured grass, and architectural glass, and you have Great people. This is where Beshoff excels with aplomb. After my Oct. 26 visit, I wrote the following email to Brian Aghajani, Executive Manager, Beshoff Infiniti: "Dear Brian, I took my car in for headlamp reconditioning today and the service I received was first rate. Every single person was knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant; far from the usual dealer experience I've had in the past. Juan did an awesome job on the lights. I seriously doubted it could come out better than the description but it surpassed my expectations. Joey and the guy with the forearm tattoos and glasses (forgot his name) was just great. Next week I'm coming in for a full detail since I had little time today. But in closing I'm grateful and ecstatic for the wonderful team you have in place here. Exceptional people is a rarity." I bought 2009 convertible from here initially I had great response and I would say overall this is a good dealer but once the they got the money it took weeks to get the issues like shipping the wind deflect response and I would say overall this is a good dealer but once the they got the money it took weeks to get the issues like shipping the wind deflector (should have been with car), correct delivery check sheet and clear bra warranty. Over all this dealer gets only 4 from me. I wanted to get extended warranty & service maintenance plan but Alex Kerr did not respond to my last request of providing me completed application as I wanted to see the completed application prior to paying due to initial experience of not receiving items that should have been provided with at the time of delivering to me. So Beshoff Infiniti lost ($$$$) Elite Extended warranty and Elite maintenance plan business. I got the extended warranty and maintenance plan from another Infiniti dealer (great price and absolutely fantastic service all up front before asking for payment). Too bad Beshoff only get 4/5 from me on this purchase of Newest of Infiniti- 2009 Convertible. I have owned Infinitis since 1991... all various model great cars. More

My wife and I just bought a new FX35 from Beshoff Infiniti. Javier (the salesperson) and Alex (the sales manager) were both very professional and helpful. Javier and Alex never came across as pushy or overbearing, and we never felt like anyone was trying to pressure, trick, or take advantage of us. Overall, this was about as good and painless a car buying experience as we could have hoped for. The showroom is the nicest I've ever seen. Even the restrooms are cleaner and more modern than at many upscale hotels. The staff is friendly and courteous. The service facility is impeccable; I will definitely have the car serviced here. Highly recommended! More

He worked tirelessly to make sure we came to an agreement that was fair and reasonable. Even though we didn't finish the deal until after 10:00pm on a Friday he was still outside with a bottle of cleaner shinning up the chrome on my brand new G37 while I was signing papers with JC from financing. JC was also super quick and efficient at consummating the transaction so I could get out of there and enjoy my new ride on a Friday night with the guys. My overall experience with Beshoff was awesome and would definitely buy a car from them again. More
Customer service: Excellent. After the completion of the repair I noticed some issues and pointed them out to the service advisor. The service advisor notified the dealership manager. The dealership manager personally took charge in fixing the problems and threw in several free services which were beyond my expectation (example: a CV-boot was accidentally cut - they replaced both boots for free although the other CV-boot was good but old and I should have paid for it). For the first time I have met a dealership manager so friendly and aproachable and willing to go the extra mile to do the job right and satisfy the customer. Quality of work: The work is done professinally and in a very clean way. There are always some minor problems here and there especially in very complicated jobs like on my car - oil leak at the engine and rear timing chain cover. When the final inspection was done, the problems were identified and fixed, plus they did a bunch of free extra maintenance I did not expect nor demanded (brake fluid, transmission fluid, coolant flush, engine clean, etc.) Great job! Friendliness: It is a pleasure to work with those guys, very friendly yet very professional. My giess is the manager selects his people personally. Overall experience: This is by far the highest satisfaction I have ever gotten for a car repair job - see above. Plus, I got one of the latest Infiniti car models as a loaner car (free) for all the time my car was in the shop. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this dealership applies in their work the concepts that only big companies apply such as the win-win concept, customer satisfaction scorecard, corrective actions, training program in action, etc. Excellent, I would recommend this to all Infiniti customers in the San Jose area. Price: They were able to provide the most competitive price of the three Infiniti dealerships in the area. More

I walked in on a rainy Sunday and none the less Dru was out there talking to a couple people and i waited for him because i talked to him the night before. Dru took the extra mile by staying even after hours to take care of me and never peered pressured me into the sale. he showed my best options and walked out of there the same night with my g37s sedan. Service & parts Joey at the time was working in parts and always helped me out and suggested what was the best options were for my sedan and what parts were available. Peter later was working with parts since Joey moved to service. Peter, as well always helpful and answered any of questions i threw at him. AS well he always helpful with helping with parts to my car. Joey & Bernado doing service is a nice combo and they always follow up with me if i ever need service done to my G. As well with any last second modification that i need there are there to help along with the Techs. moses and Art. Dealership: Hands down to good to be true. with the couches and tv and computer all in the lounge. as well i know there are loaners at other Infiniti dealership but if you need a ride somewhere they can always give you a lift.
