Dear Twee L., I sent you an email on Yelp! But I'm concerned you may not have received it. This is what I wrote: My name is Brian Aghajani. I am the General Manager for our store. I sincerely apologize for your awful experience. I would really appreciate the opportunity to apologize in person, or at least over the phone. I do not want to contact you to sell you a car, only to communicate my sincere regret that our staff was so far off base. We really try to exceed expectations for the purchase and ownership experience and are proud of the many happy customers with whom we succeeded in doing so. I am stunned to read of your experience and can honestly say that your experience is polar-opposite to our goal of representing Infiniti with style, personal care, professionalism and excitement. We strive to be ultra competitive on pricing and are never far from a few hundred dollars off from any deal within a few minutes of negotiation.
