INFINITI of Sarasota

It all started at noontime right before a long holiday weekend, my car decided she didn’t want to start. Panic set in as I knew the service dept was closing soon yet I needed a car. After speaking w customer service I called a tow truck associated w Infiniti, who needed special equipment that he didn’t have so I had to call to request a different tow truck. With all this going on I again called Infiniti of Sarasota asking if there’s any way I could still get a loaner car for the weekend. Infiniti of Sarasota went above and beyond to make sure my car arrived at their dealership safely and they made sure I had a loaner to get me through the long weekend. I’m truly appreciative of their dedication to quality customer service. Thank you! More
