I had already eliminated my search down to two car John is very knowledgeable, polite, efficient, friendly, professional, and a dream to work with. I had already eliminated my search down to two cars before I contacted the dealership online. One car was a 2018 Certified Acura RLX; he listened very closely to what I was looking for, and helped me choose the right car which was a 2018 Certified Infiniti Q70L He had both cars pulled up under the bay for me to try out when I got there, which was very convenient and impressive. I had done tons of research before arriving at the dealership, and he understood and respected that. He worked with me on getting good financing. His follow up is great, and no sales pressure at all. He, and the financing person stayed late on a Saturday night to make sure that I drove away with what I needed and wanted. He is a salesperson that truly knows, and takes pride in the Infiniti brand.
