Customer Service is First Rate Family members had just arrived when my nine-year-old Infiniti needed an immediate repair. Our usual "go to" guy, Brandon, was on vacation; but Guy ga Family members had just arrived when my nine-year-old Infiniti needed an immediate repair. Our usual "go to" guy, Brandon, was on vacation; but Guy gave us every consideration. Despite high demand for loaners, we were given a large new vehicle that accommodated our needs while our car was going through an extensive repair; and the car was spotless inside and out, when we picked it up.
