We live in Orlando and we're traveling to Sarasota for the holidays. During the drive the car was weaving all over the road. Once we made it to Sarasota we brought into the dealership. They mentioned t the holidays. During the drive the car was weaving all over the road. Once we made it to Sarasota we brought into the dealership. They mentioned that they didn't have any appointments for that day and Jeremy mentioned he could have someone look at it quickly and see if it was ok to drive. Later the tech came out and said that it's not safe to drive and that he and Jeremy would figure out a way to squeeze it in for repair. Had Jeremy and the tech not taken the time to review the vehicle for 5 minutes, it could have resulted in a very tragic outcome. I thank Jeremy and the tech for putting my family first and taking our vehicle as a priority. When the car was finished I did give this feedback to Jeremy's and the techs leader.
