Please know, I am not satisfied with the recent work done in order to fix a leak in my car. To repeat the same work as done before to fix it, was a mistake on the prognosis. The problem came after a severe rainstorm. We told Guy that we covered the front window in a following storm since discovering the leak and that protected it from leaking (showed him pictures). The sunroof was not covered, just the passenger side of the windshield. Had he investigated this properly he would have found out what he now knows as the problem. I'm not happy with having to pay for something that was fixed prior and just assumed was the cause when it wasn't. I wouldn't have an issue with this, if they had done their due diligence in the first place locating the actual leak as it seems they have now. In the quote they also increased the new tire quote of just 3 weeks ago by over $400.00. ???? I would like a credit for the amount paid on the 2nd of September for the leak to be reflected in my new estimate.
