She was very efficient, patient with answering our questions, and was well versed in the lineup of Infiniti cars both old and new since she is a long term employee. I got a fair price after speaking with Lee in finance, and Courtney did a great job with the paperwork and warranty. They took my old car in which was great - no need for me to try to sell it on craigslist in some random location to a stranger. The experience you get by having everything handled in one place, by fully confident people who are skilled at their trade - is well worth it. More
