Gena's ability to listen made all the difference!! I actually have now leased two new Infiniti's from Infiniti of Scottsdale. However the salesperson was the DIFFERENCE! I'm not the easiest person to " I actually have now leased two new Infiniti's from Infiniti of Scottsdale. However the salesperson was the DIFFERENCE! I'm not the easiest person to "negotiate with". Everywhere i shopped I had salespeople, both experienced and not, try to do nothing more than "SLAM" me into a vehicle. Gena was the only salesperson that listened to what I wanted, how i wanted to get there and didn't try to immediately do it her way, or should I say the way everyone else did. She truly made the difference and worked hard, smart and effectively with both me and her managers to exceed my expectations! I would strongly recommend Gena to anyone wanting to not play the games!
