Infiniti of Scottsdale had 2 cars which fit my requirements, the dealership was fairly close to my home, and the listed prices were competitive with other dealerships in the area. I chose not to visit a couple other dealers due to unfavorable consumer reviews on cars.com. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by everyone I dealt with at Infiniti of Scottsdale. I was given options, but did not feel forced to choose anything specific. I felt they were trying to meet my needs rather than make a sale and move on to the next customer. The premises were clean, neat and inviting; someplace I would not mind waiting while having my car serviced. I'm always leary of bait-and-switch deals, or high-pressure upselling when buying a car, but did not experience any of that at this dealership. Spent the most time with Chad Ackerman who sold me a Mercedes. Good sense of humor, professional and knowledgeable. Also worked with Mark Tharp, the Finance Mgr. Very tactful, pleasant and professional. Offered me some options, I chose one I wanted and passed on the rest. Buying a car at Infiniti of Scottsdale was a pleasant, quick, painless experience and I left owning the car I wanted. I'd recommend working with Chad or Mark to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
i have purchase 3 cars in the last 3 years from 3 diffrent dealers and by far this is the best dealer i have worked with so far. the sales guy was great and friendly and work hard to make the deal wo diffrent dealers and by far this is the best dealer i have worked with so far. the sales guy was great and friendly and work hard to make the deal work for the dealer and me. i would highly recomend going here. After having purchased a number of vehicles this was the absolue worst vehicle purchasing experience I have had. The salesperson we worked with, Adam Grimes, only seemed interested in selling me a new mode absolue worst vehicle purchasing experience I have had. The salesperson we worked with, Adam Grimes, only seemed interested in selling me a new model that the dealer had on its premises (ones with many upgrades). I was not interested in multiple upgrades and option packages and once I expressed this, the salesperson lost interest in working with us - - customer service was terrible. I was told a number of misrepresentations/lies (e.g., "they don't make the model you want any longer", "we searched the Infiniti dealer network & there is no inventory nationwide with the configurations you are interested in", etc) and as I attempted to work with the salesperson over the next few days & he would not return my phone call or email. I guess Infiniti of Scottsdale's sales staff think every consumer is an idiot and does not do their homework. I knew for a fact that the model I wanted was still made by Infiniti and that although very popular, some dealers had the model in stock. I finally gave up on this dealership/salesperson after feeling like I was begging them to take my $. If I am going to spend $45K+ on a vehicle for a supposed premium brand like Infiniti, I expect to be treated with respect and to have a phone call/email returned. Very shortsighted of Infiniti of Scottsdale as we have had service work done at this dealership on other cars in the past. I will never use this dealership for service or a vehicle purchase again. On a better note, after a week of misery dealing with Infiniti of Scottsdale, I called Ted Rees at Superstition Springs Infiniti. Within 30 minutes he found the exact new Infiniti model I sought & intercepted its scheduled delivery to another out of state dealer & it was routed to Superstition Springs. Fantastic customer service. While at Superstition Springs to complete paperwork, the GM came out and spoke with us for about 20 minutes and you can tell they really value their customers. I would encourage anyone to visit this dealership - - for us, it was well worth the extra drive from North Phoenix to Superstition Springs Infiniti in Mesa. More

Horrible customer service, lacadasical approach to work, and I drove to Coulter Infiniti a half hour later and was not only treated with much more respect and class but walked out with a car payment that wa and I drove to Coulter Infiniti a half hour later and was not only treated with much more respect and class but walked out with a car payment that was $30 less and more equipped. After working with Scottsdale Infiniti for over a month, I came with a $2500 check in hand and made an appointment to pick up the car. I asked that the paperwork be completed and acknowledged that I had less than an hour to complete the transaction. I had already visited the dealership twice and had driven the car. I walked in, the salesman was at lunch, the paperwork was blank, and after an hour wait to see " finance" while the sales manager made casual conversation, I walked out. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would highly recommend Coulter and the 30 mile drive it takes to get there to anyone. Rick Raines was an excellent salesman and got me in and out of the showroom in 45 minutes and out the door with exactly what I asked for. More

Marlon is a terrific salesman. The service department esp. Mark S and Kerri are great. I wish the owner would have contacted me however, because I did trade in a nearly new car and took a financial hit b esp. Mark S and Kerri are great. The reason for my visit was an invite from Marlon Darton to discuss options available to my wife and me regarding the end of our lease with our current Infiniti. Marlon greeted us at the prearranged time an to discuss options available to my wife and me regarding the end of our lease with our current Infiniti. Marlon greeted us at the prearranged time and after introductions he began by asking about our Infiniti experience over the past three years. We have been very pleased with our Infiniti and the service received each time we brought the vehicle in for recommended service. Because of our experience with the dealership, great service, and I really enjoyed driving the car, we were interested in a new Infiniti. Marlon explained our options thoroughly, answered our questions, and we departed to think over Marlon's presentation. Did we want to purchase the vehicle or trade for a new one? Out of habit, and years of analyzing important financial matters, I had to take some time to determine what would be best for us. Subsequently, Marlon telephoned me and we set up another meeting. At this meeting I purchased a new Infiniti. I did this because: I like the vehicle: Marlon is professional and knew every detail about the vehicle: Marlon was not overbearing at all, instead confident, friendly, couteous, and knowledgeable. Now, I am very happy with my new car and will be returning for timely service. I have recommended the dealership and Marlon to my friends. They all believe I made a smart decision and Marlon and the other staff members made this easy. More
