I use them for all my service checks and the staff is always extremely friendly even when I show up without an appointment. The sales staff has always been friendly when I stop by during service. I asked specifically for Stephen when I was ready to purchase the 2nd car as I remembered him being very friendly. I was right as he was great to work with. One other important thing I noticed, visiting other dealerships in the past I always found it annoying that the sales people did not know much about the cars, this is not the case at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Stephen knew everything about the car. I would definitly recommend Infiniti of Scottsdale to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Steve was great. He handled all my questions and got me the exact car I wanted. I had to wait for the car to be shipped from Texas, and he provided me a loaner car at no cost until my car came in.
