To be honest, I expected to walk into Infiniti of Scottsdale and get treated a little bit differently than I did. I entered the dealership in shorts, t-shirt and sandals, just taking a look at pre-ow Scottsdale and get treated a little bit differently than I did. I entered the dealership in shorts, t-shirt and sandals, just taking a look at pre-owned G37's. Immediately, I was approached by a member of the staff to suss out my needs. Shortly thereafter, I was introduced to James Bakalar, my sales rep. James did a fantastic job of explaining the charatertistics of the G37 and took me out for a test drive. His demeanor and attitude during our interaction was one of the main reasons I came back the next day to purchase the vehicle. Consequently, I did return to buy the car where the negotiations were professional and respectful. Once I moved into the finance portion of the purchase, Cheryl Hagen performed her duties in a professional and timely way. Though she explained everything in full, she still got me out quickly so I could start to enjoy my new vehicle. James followed up on my purchase a week later where he assured my satisfaction. I purchased a 2011 Infiniti QX 56 from this dealership and I live in New Orleans,La. I worked with stephen Fitch on the purchase and Lee jones on the shipping of this vehicle to me in New Orleans by Fathe and I live in New Orleans,La. My dad spoke with Steven Fitch before I got off work to meet him there and he had answered all of my dads questions thouroughly and was very knowledgable about the car. My dad was very pleased with his service and was very happy to show me the car. (my dad is probably one of the hardest people in the world to please and impress when it comes to cars). So I was very surprised that my dad already had all of his questions answered by the time I got there! Steven was great, the best car dealer I have ever worked with! He even helped me to figure out how I could budget the car into my monthly expenses and how to help me fgure out the best way to spend the money I had made from my wrecked car. I didnt even plan on buying a car that exact day, but Steven went out of his way to help us and stay late at work, he was also very reasonable when working out a price that we could both agree on. I will definetely recommend infiniti of scottsdale and Steven to all of my friends, family and coworkers and of course return next time I want to buy a new car!! The car is great, I got a mercedez herd-top convertible and I couldn't be more happy with it! I rated our experience as good/great because there was no pressure when we walked on the lot first of all. The staff at Infiniti of Scottsdale has been extremely helpful even since we left the lot with our new (previously owned) car! They went above and beyond on the service we had done and Stephen has gone above and beyond in helping make sure we have everything we need after purchasing the car. Courtney was also very helpful and made the process of our paperwork painless. We started looking online. Lindsay was very prompt w/responses to any and all questions. Once we arrived at the dealership, she gave us more than the usual "around the block" test drive, which gave u w/responses to any and all questions. We were always promptly greeted at the door and offered water. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE... The only negative was a bit of an attitude by the person in the accounting office, which seemed odd to me since we were paying for it in full. The vehicle was perfectly clean, full of gas and the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
