Very friindly but typical pressure by the sales manager like any Van Tuhl dealership, hanging onto your car as you try to drive away. Sales manager swore that the color and equiptment I wanted was not ava like any Van Tuhl dealership, hanging onto your car as you try to drive away. Sales manager swore that the color and equiptment I wanted was not available anywhere in the Western US region. Next day I saw it was available as requested at Bell Infinity, guess Infinity dealers don't work together well. A week later they still haven't been able to register the vehicle. More

I shopped these guys a couple times, but situations dictated no deal. The sales staff was competent talking over the phone (no, "yeeaah, why don't you come in and..." type stuff), they were great in person, great inventory, aggressive pricing. What more could you want?
