INFINITI of South Bay

I brought my car in for service on 8/20 for a regular service with no issues or noise with my vehicle. Left a couple hours later and noticed screeching. I couldn't come back until that Monday. Came back service with no issues or noise with my vehicle. Left a couple hours later and noticed screeching. I couldn't come back until that Monday. Came back and they took it back to look at it. About an hour later I was told by my advisor I needed breaks (which was not recommended when I'd picked my car up on 8/20). I asked what did they do that could have caused my car to start screeching. He then took me over to Carlos (I believe he’s the service manager). Carlos was very dismissive, kind of shrugged and never answered my question, but just kept repeating that I needed brakes and told me all they could do was offer me $100 off of new ones and that was already 'too much'. There was still no explanation or responsibility as to why my car came in with no sound or recommendation of brakes and left with embarrassing screeching noises. Completely unacceptable. I will most definitely not be returning. More

Horrible! ! My turbos have gone out and there was no issue with my vehicle before this issue. White smoke started coming from my exhaust and I had it towed to t ! Jaime said they found oil and coolant mixed and my car also needs an engine replacement but it the cause of the coolant and oil mixture is unknown but it's not because of the turbo. I just had an oil change a month ago and there was no issue. More
