At the last minute I recently purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX50 - and my first time taking it out for a test drive, I get the warning message, "Flat Tire - Go to dealer now I recently purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX50 - and my first time taking it out for a test drive, I get the warning message, "Flat Tire - Go to dealer now!" The flat would not allow me to return to Cerritos Infiniti, however I was in the proximity of SB Infiniti. I contacted them at 2:30P on a Saturday and they said, "Come on in!" They got me in and out - and I still had time to test drive my baby! More

First time not satisfied! I really love this place but I must say I am very frustrated with the fact they can’t find the obvious squeak that my car makes when I apply my brakes I really love this place but I must say I am very frustrated with the fact they can’t find the obvious squeak that my car makes when I apply my brakes, that have been changed twice!! Two of the three noises I had when I originally brought my car in has been fixed but this last one is driving me crazy and I work three jobs, so just dropping in at the drop of the hat isn’t an option. I am going to have to bring my car in again which will make this the third time. I really don’t want to keep going through this. More
