You can use express service for Oil changes, Tire rotations, Engine Air filters, Cabin filters, Wipers, Bulbs, and Batteries. Plus, as you recognized, you get a Complimentary car wash. Getting a loaner vehicle should not be an inconvenience, and we are sorry that you found it a struggle. Loaner vehicles are planned in advance and dependent on the service. If your vehicle will need an express service item as detailed under that "Express Service" area under the service tab of our website we can get you in and out quickly.
