Great customer experience for servicing of my older G Coupe. I recently relocated and had always had my 2008 G Coupe serviced by my dealer. Infiniti of South Bay was the closest for me so I brought her in to ge I recently relocated and had always had my 2008 G Coupe serviced by my dealer. Infiniti of South Bay was the closest for me so I brought her in to get an oil change. You really can't beat the price of their oil change considering how much time and effort it takes to do one on your own. During my servicing, I had a few additional items of concern pointed out which I was not aware of. I decided to have the more pressing issues taken care of while I waited. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and will be back to have my old girl serviced here again. Thank you! More

Oil change maintenance I scheduled appt for oil change service 1.5 weeks prior to appt., requested a loaner car, even had to change anticipated date in order to get a loaner I scheduled appt for oil change service 1.5 weeks prior to appt., requested a loaner car, even had to change anticipated date in order to get a loaner car. When I got there I learned 2 things, 1, they did not have a loaner car request for me, 2. Due to new ownership, they no longer accepted my Infiniti of SB Adv Member Privileges Card (Issued to me several years earlier), which offered me free oil and filter change. The service Advisor Wilson C. was very nice, he went and found a loaner car for me quickly, apologized for no longer accepting the Member privilege card, but did give me 10% off oil change. Wilson C, was very good, updated me about my car and had it cleaned thoroughly. More
