Edson saved me! We returned late Tuesday from a vacation. My car would not start. AAA jumped my car and said to go straight to the dealership. He filled out the paperwork outside and said he would call. We were exhausted from a day of travel. We went on to dinner. Edson called with the report. We agreed to the services and that we would pick it up Wednesday afternoon.. All is well! More

could be better attitudes need to be more happy friendly. The Dealership/service center is close to my home we live in the Northwest san pedro /palos verdes area so it beats driving to cerritos Infiniti d The Dealership/service center is close to my home we live in the Northwest san pedro /palos verdes area so it beats driving to cerritos Infiniti dealership but hands,down they got you cause you drive up and right away there out the office trying to service you asking do you need coffee /doughnuts /etc ....also if they see your a good paying customer they give you a cap or something. ...also the technicians make sure everything is good before you leave and the service people ...when I come to torrance I have to double check always because not enough attention to detail . Last two service appointments car was have washed not clean as it could be and after my oil change the computer was not reset I had to go back in the service center to get a tech to finish his job should I say more. More

Not happy One service I am told need brakes and fix the third light. The cost quoted 400.00. Several months later went back they said breaks were ok did not ne One service I am told need brakes and fix the third light. The cost quoted 400.00. Several months later went back they said breaks were ok did not need to replace and the third light was now going to cost over 600.00. I was not happy about either feel I cannot trust what they told me at service. .The 600.00 was for the light only did not include breaks. More
