I had an appointment set and sat in the dock waiting for someone to come for at least 15 minutes. It was during lunch time but if lunchtime was an issue, then they shouldn't schedule during that time. I h someone to come for at least 15 minutes. They normally would wash my car, and they didn't, maybe they wanted to give it back quicker because I had waited in the beginning, but I like the extra steps they take to service your car and wash it. Andre was great once I went into the dealership to ask about my service. More
