Terrible Service This has been by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and if I could give 0 stars, I would - every single person I have spoken with at this This has been by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and if I could give 0 stars, I would - every single person I have spoken with at this dealership has been terrible, rude and extremely unhelpful. I have been transferred to different people without permission or explanation, hung up on, calls have not been returned and the general manager has yet to step in and assist. Apparently this dealership "lost records" of their sales when they purchased from the previous owner. Buying the car in 2017 was already a horrible experience here and they have done nothing to make me confident in their competence. I would never recommend this dealership and frankly, I would never recommend Infiniti as a brand to anyone ever again (transmission issues with less than 100k miles on the vehicle). Unfortunately they are the only location in LA but if you can make the drive for service try Glendale or Van Nuys, both were way nicer and more accommodating to customer needs. Corporate also will not be helpful. If you want to avoid having to get an attorney involved, AVOID this dealership. More

I purchase both by Infiniti's from Beverly Hills Infiniti. All my service work was done there also. The dealership closed, so I had to find a new dealership for service. I had 2 choices. Going to Infiniti. All my service work was done there also. The dealership closed, so I had to find a new dealership for service. I had 2 choices. Going to The Valley or South Torrance. I chose South Torrance, and I'm not disappointed. The dealership is very modern, clean, and all the employees I've dealt with have been great. No complaints yet. I look forward to my next service at South Bay Infiniti. More
