Sometimes it is difficult to make a complete diagnosis until other areas are disassembled, that's why when a customer receives a quote it is an "estimate". We are sorry if you left parts for us to install, but this should have been discussed in advance. INFINITI of South Bay, as with all other franchised dealerships, does not install customer supplied parts. Their are several reasons for this, but the most important reasons are centered around warranty and the complexities of vehicles. Today's vehicles are engineered to exact specifications. If a part is not to spec, then it could create a failure in one area could lead to issues in others. We understand that chargers do have a way of disappearing and if it reappears, then we'd appreciate if you could please reconsider your review. Thank you.
