Ed’s customer service was excellent. The only issue I had was that the mechanic(s) could not initially find what the issue was the airbag light staying on in the car. My car was at the service dept for longe was that the mechanic(s) could not initially find what the issue was the airbag light staying on in the car. My car was at the service dept for longer than expected which was an inconvenience for me. On the 3rd day of the car being serviced, I had to request a loaner car and that was a long process too. It took 2 hours to get the loaner car. That process was an inconvenience too. More

Infiniti of South Bay gave me excellent service with an oil change, replacing drive belts, replacing rear brakes, resurfacing rotors, and replacing the engine air filter. While I was awaiting warranty app oil change, replacing drive belts, replacing rear brakes, resurfacing rotors, and replacing the engine air filter. While I was awaiting warranty approval, Infiniti of South Bay provided me with a ride home and picked me up again when my car was ready. My car was returned to me cleaner than it was when I had brought it in. More
