Appointment scheduling and service are all great. Only part that truly sucked was having to call insurance company and have them give verbal confirmation that insurance policy covers rental. This took fo part that truly sucked was having to call insurance company and have them give verbal confirmation that insurance policy covers rental. This took forever because I was on hold on the phone for close to an hour. made me hate the experience. Infiniti needs to find a better way to manage their risk. Imagine if car rental places followed this policy. No one would ever be able to rent a car and get where they needed to be in a timely manner!! More

The personnel at Infinity are very friendly, personal & welcoming. I took my QX60 in for its 25,000 mi check up, as suggested in the manual . There was also a recall on my 2015 model.
