Employees are very pleasant and polite. However, I was charged $500 for a new battery, which I think is way overpriced. The service was quick. Worst dealer ever went to see why my car was pulling to the right they said that it would be an alignment issue before doing the alignment I told him to double check my suspension and he said ok , so waite the right they said that it would be an alignment issue before doing the alignment I told him to double check my suspension and he said ok , so waited about 2 hours to get it done I left and once again it pulled . So I called back to tell them what was going on that basically that they didn’t fix my problem so he said to bring it back so I did once again I waited about 3 hour this time just to get the alignment done he asked if I hit a pothole that the alignment was off so they redid the alignment and once it pulled so I go back and talk to the manager the manager just gives me my money back and that’s it instead of looking deeper and finding the problem and fixing it.! WASTE OF TIME !!! More
