Worst dealer ever went to see why my car was pulling to the right they said that it would be an alignment issue before doing the alignment I told him to double check my suspension and he said ok , so waite the right they said that it would be an alignment issue before doing the alignment I told him to double check my suspension and he said ok , so waited about 2 hours to get it done I left and once again it pulled . So I called back to tell them what was going on that basically that they didn’t fix my problem so he said to bring it back so I did once again I waited about 3 hour this time just to get the alignment done he asked if I hit a pothole that the alignment was off so they redid the alignment and once it pulled so I go back and talk to the manager the manager just gives me my money back and that’s it instead of looking deeper and finding the problem and fixing it.! WASTE OF TIME !!! More

Mr. Edson Trujillo of the Service team was polite, professional and seems to care about Infiniti but, unfortunately and at my expense, he has time management issues. He upsold me on the 30k mile servi professional and seems to care about Infiniti but, unfortunately and at my expense, he has time management issues. He upsold me on the 30k mile service when I'd an appointment for an oil change only. I would've given 5 stars but I'd to subtract 2 for the time mismanagement and pain induced from waiting over 4 hours. When he was upselling me I asked how long it would take as I'm disabled, use arm crutches and live in chronic pain. He quoted me, "2 to 2½ hrs". I informed him that if it was going to be more than 2½ hrs, I'd need a ride home (5 miles away) or a loaner. So, he was aware of the situation. He assured me it'd be 2½ hours at most. At the 2½ hour mark and each time after in which I inquired on the status, I was told "just a bit longer". My pain was worsening by the minute at this point. My vehicle was ready over 4 hours from when I signed the orders; he did apologize for the wait but it was too late. The damage was done. This all could've been avoided if he had simply been honest with the service time, listened to me and provided a ride home or a loaner. More
I really enjoyed my service advisor. A few days later someone called to see if I enjoyed the service. I let her know that my car was smoking from the rear exhaust.
