My car was scratched during service and I was lied to about it. Touch up paint was poorly applied. I was very Disappointed. I noticed it immediately and brought it to the Service Advisor's attention. about it. Touch up paint was poorly applied. I was very Disappointed. I noticed it immediately and brought it to the Service Advisor's attention. He attempted to convince me that my car had scratches upon entry to facility. The scuffs were covered with touch up paint that was poorly matched. I had to insist on speaking to Manager Carlos who originally attempted to convince me of same. He even said that the touch up paint didn't match. I told him that I don't own touch up paint and that the likely hood of someone randomly scratching my car and repairing with touchup paint was absurd. I then explained that the car is a lease so I am not anal about scratches that I expect Infinity to absorb, but that I abhor being lied to or having my intelligence insulted. Since I was told there are no cameras in the workshop we agreed that there was a possibility that my car was scratched and that the person who may have scratched it may not be forthcoming. He finally offered to use cover up paint to see if the scratches could be mitigated. And guess what????? IT WAS THE SAME WHITE OFF COLOR TOUCH UP PAINT that I was told would not have been used on my pearl colored vehicle. A Eureka moment that his facial expression couldn't hide. The scratches were made by one of your employees and he/she should have owned up to it, which I told Carlos. Luckily I have chosen not to post this same review to Yelp or Google Review. But, I was insulted by the implication that I would lie. And honestly, given the racial and political climate I didn't want to be dismissed as an 'angry Black woman' which is an additional burden for me. There is so much oppression, I have to chose my battles because the systemic attack in the integrity of the Black woman is exhausting enough. Please do better! More

The Service Department has always Ben excellent from when they were AutoNation and were located across Pacific Coast Highway on the north corner .
