WAS TOLD THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A NEW OWNERSHIP AND HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME. NEVER HEARD.BACK. THEN I WAS TURNED OVER TO CLIFF. FROM CLIFF HE PUSHED ME.OFF TO CRYSTAL WHO SEEMED TO WANT TO HELP ME . ON THURSDAY IT WILL BE TWO WEEKS SINCE I HAVE HEARD FROM HER (SHE WAS GETTING AN UPDATE ON MY QUOTE AND GOING TO CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY). IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT CAN POINT ME TO SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING AND WANT TO HELP ME WITH PURCHASING MY EXTENDED WARRANTY I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Kerri helped to get a same day appointment for me, regarding an urgent car issue, which required diagnosis/repair, etc. The service techs were able to timely diagnose the issues, provide timely ETA of regarding an urgent car issue, which required diagnosis/repair, etc. The service techs were able to timely diagnose the issues, provide timely ETA of repair and costs (extended warranty). Also, was able to timely update, regarding additional issue discovered, which was also repaired and covered by extended warranty.
