I've stayed away from service jobs at dealerships for 20 years because of a bad experience when I was taken advantage of as a young adult. We've decided to keep our QX60 for 3 or 4 more years and I wanted a good 'all-over' inspection. I swallowed my pride and gave y'all a shot. I was super impressed at the honesty of the service advisor as well as the technician that did the work and the pricing was fair enough. Y'all 100% changed my way of thinking about dealership services, extinguished my concern of price gouging and I promise I won't so much as replace a valve stem cap on my own. Y'ALL ARE IT! More

Hands down the worst customer service interaction I have ever experienced! I was prepared to make a deal and leave that night with a new car. However, because Lee lacks basic customer service skills, his ru ever experienced! I was prepared to make a deal and leave that night with a new car. However, because Lee lacks basic customer service skills, his rudeness and unwillingness to close a deal, forced me to make the short drive to Mobile. So glad I did! Mobile Infiniti knows how to take care of the customer! Deal was closed in under 2 hours! More
It was a decent experience. .Robert was great; had amazing customer service. It just took way longer than expected. I was there 6 hours for oil change and tire rotation.
