**Extremely disappointed after years of loyalty to INFINITI of Tampa** I have been a loyal customer of INFINITI of Tampa for years and have always trusted them to service my vehicle. No one else has INFINITI of Tampa** I have been a loyal customer of INFINITI of Tampa for years and have always trusted them to service my vehicle. No one else has worked on my car because I believed I could trust the dealership to take care of it.This most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I **paid $280 for a diagnostic test** because I needed to know what was wrong with my vehicle. I was unable to afford the approximately **$4,000 repair**, and because the warranty department would not cover the repair, I had my vehicle towed home.My biggest issue is that I paid $280 for the diagnostic, but I never received the diagnostic results. I was told the results and paperwork would be emailed to me. When my car was towed home, I was not given the diagnostic report, paperwork, or the information I needed regarding what they found. I have contacted them asking for the results and documentation that I paid for, but now my calls/messages are not being answered. What made this situation even more frustrating was that the manager discussed taking my **non-working vehicle as a trade-in**. I was told that because I still owe a significant amount on the vehicle, I would be **upside down on the loan**, and they could try to put me into another vehicle — even discussing a vehicle around **$100,000 with payments of $800+ per month**. I had already explained that I **could not afford a $4,000 repair**. How could I possibly afford an $800+ monthly payment on another vehicle, especially one costing around $100,000? That solution did not feel realistic or considerate of what I had clearly explained about my financial situation. I understand that repairs may not always be covered by a warranty and that I may not have been financially able to move forward with the repair. What I don't understand is why, after paying **$280 for a diagnostic**, I cannot get the results of that diagnostic. After years of bringing my vehicle here and giving this dealership my business, I feel completely dismissed and disrespected. I am asking management to please **contact me, provide the complete diagnostic results and paperwork associated with the $280 charge, and explain why this information was never provided to me.** I hope someone in management will take this seriously. I was a loyal customer, and I don't think asking for the results of a service I already paid for is unreasonable. I simply want my paperwork, an explanation, and to be treated with the same respect I have shown this dealership over the years. More
After more than 20 years of purchasing Infiniti vehicles from this dealership, it is incredibly disappointing to write this review. This was once a prestigious dealership where relationships, loyalty, an from this dealership, it is incredibly disappointing to write this review. This was once a prestigious dealership where relationships, loyalty, and customer service seemed to matter. Unfortunately, my recent experience showed me how much that has changed. I spent considerable time negotiating a CPO QX60, with the unlimited-mile CPO warranty being one of the primary reasons for considering the vehicle. Only after coming into the dealership was I told that the warranty was not included in the price we had been discussing and would be a significant additional cost. What disappointed me even more was personally reaching out to the General Manager, someone I had an established relationship with, to explain my concerns. After 20+ years as a loyal customer, I never received a response. Reading other recent reviews, it appears my concerns about customer service and communication may not be isolated. After more than two decades of loyalty, I will no longer purchase vehicles from this dealership. They didn’t just lose one sale, they lost a 20-year customer and my family’s future business. I genuinely hope this dealership finds its way back to the level of service and professionalism that once made it a prestigious place to purchase a vehicle. More
Absolutely atrocious dealership. I’ve bought plenty of cars from many dealerships, but this dealership is an absolute disgrace to the Infiniti brand. The service department is ran by I’ve bought plenty of cars from many dealerships, but this dealership is an absolute disgrace to the Infiniti brand. The service department is ran by lazy, incompetent service advisors who hate their jobs and their customers, they literally would NOT honor a bumper to bumper warranty that is covered under manufacturing defect. I had to contact Infiniti and have the matter escalated. On top of all of that they scheduled me with an advisor that was on VACATION, is they were literally passing me to the next service advisor just so they don’t have to do any work. Trash dealership with bottom of the barrel employees. Their sales person Diego is also a liar and a scammer. Once the car is sold, he doesn’t know you, never seen you, forget getting him to help with anything, just another lazy slug. He couldn’t even move a finger to help me get warranty item covered and just tired to brush me off. If you know what’s good for you, and value your time, money and self respect AVOID this dealer like a plague. They lucky hey had the car I really wanted. We are never going back there again for anything. My dad was going buy a new var there but after my experience he’s going to Infiniti of Sarasota. More

Disappointed by Service Practices and Lack of Transparency at Infiniti of Tampa Review: I have owned Infiniti Q50 and have taken it exclusively to Infiniti of Tampa for service. As someone who Transparency at Infiniti of Tampa Review: I have owned Infiniti Q50 and have taken it exclusively to Infiniti of Tampa for service. As someone who is not mechanically inclined, I placed complete trust in the dealership as the authorized Infiniti service center. Unfortunately, this trust has been significantly eroded over time. From the very first service visit, the team consistently identified items that “needed attention” or were strongly recommended. These recommendations resulted in over $10,000 in repairs and maintenance, including one single service that cost approximately $8,000. While I understand that vehicles require upkeep, the pattern and cumulative expense have left me questioning the necessity and value of many of these services. Most recently, a service advisor advised that my transmission fluid required attention. After saving for several months to cover the nearly $500 cost, I scheduled the service alongside an oil change. I was asked to sign paperwork that was not fully explained, and in the moment I trusted the process without reviewing every detail. The transmission fluid was changed, and for a few hours the vehicle drove beautifully. Later that same day, the RPMs suddenly climbed to 4,000. I immediately returned the car to the dealership. After diagnosis, I was informed that the transmission control module (computer) had failed. The service team stated this issue was not caused by the fluid change, but that performing the service can sometimes reveal pre-existing wear. I was quoted approximately $4,000 for the repair — an amount I simply cannot afford, especially after having just paid off the vehicle. What concerns me most is that this potential outcome was never disclosed before the fluid service. Had I been informed that replacing the fluid carried even a small risk of exposing a major underlying issue, I would have approached the decision differently. The lack of transparency on this point has left me feeling that critical information was withheld. Now I don’t have a car and really am left with no options and a “I’m sorry about that” from Infiniti. Maybe I’ll be able to use that for a deposit for a new car. I have always believed Infiniti of Tampa would act in the best interest of its customers. I hope the dealership will take this feedback constructively and focus on clearer communication, fuller disclosure of risks, and more conservative recommendations moving forward. Other owners who are not car experts deserve to make fully informed decisions about their vehicles. More

Starting with Daniel he is top tier and deserves lots of recognition for the experience he provided. He delivered above and beyond anything we would have expected and we thank him! Then Brian, finance manag recognition for the experience he provided. He delivered above and beyond anything we would have expected and we thank him! Then Brian, finance manager sealed the deal. He made things happen we didn't believe we're possible and made sure we had all the desires we needed. We loved it so much we came back two days later and purchased a 2nd car More
