Excellent dealership, this is my 2nd Infiniti from them and 6th purchase from the "Courtesy" auto group. Always get the most aggressive deal. Would have been. Excuses, excuses, excuses!!! I bought my secound Infinity back in 2018 at Infinity Tampa. After spending several hours walking around the dealership looking at there inventory, I I bought my secound Infinity back in 2018 at Infinity Tampa. After spending several hours walking around the dealership looking at there inventory, I keep going back to the same QX80 which had all the bells and whistles. This car had the tan leather interior I love also: 22inch wheels, entertainment package, crome everywhere; However, this was a 2016 with almost 30,000 miles and I was hesitant buying a used vehicle. The sales man assured me that there pre-owned/ pre-certified vehicles were not like buying some used vehicle at a used car lot. These cars go through an extensive bumper to bumper diagnostic check. Not to mention there was still two yrs left on the factory warranty. Feeling more confident, I went ahead with the purchase. I also purchased there extended warranty for an additional peace of mind. With that said the problems started within the first couple of months. To not bore anyone reading this i'll save you the list of problems the car has had. Now fast foward to this morning and once again I put my three yr old and five yr old in the vehicle and low and behold the car wont start. Now the car had been acting up for the past month having to start it two or three times before it would crank over (probably the alternator) but as a busy mom of four I needed to get through the holidays without having to drive to tampa and deal with the hole drop off and getting a loaner car (This would be the 4th time in less than two yrs!) So here is my issue not so much the problems with the car... it happens and its covered under warranty. It was when my husband dropped the car off to get fixed he had me (due to being the primary driver) speak to Misael Torres in the service department. Yes I was annoyed and I'm sure that was apparent through my tone hence the forth time we have had to drop the vehicle off for the same issues! Now instead of Mr. Torres allowing me to vent all the issues we've had with the vehicle and reasuring me that they would get to the bottom of it and again sorry for the inconvenience. No Mr. Torres decides to explain to me that "well you did buy a used vehicle" I couldnt believe my ears!!!!! Which is it Infinity of Tampa???? On one hand you have your sales man assuring you that your buying a quality pre-owned/ pre-certified vehicle and on the other hand you have your maintance department telling me... well you did purchase a used vehicle! Oh but it didn't stop there. As i explaineed that the batery had been replaced last December so I was confident that was not the issue he stated that a battery typically lasts two to four years so that very well could be the issue... really?? Then I tried explaining how the vehicle revs extremely high when first started and stays that way for an extensive period of time so much so that I have had neighbors coment on the fact. Mr Torres then assures me this is normal... really? Then please explain to me why they other infinities I have drivin have not sounded this way.... He then asks me which infinities.. were they QX80's (like Im making this up) YES they were the three Qx80 loaner vehicles you guys have had to loan me the three previous times my vehicle was in your shop!!!! Oh those were 2019 yours is a 16 big difference.... I couldnt get a word in edgewise without him making up some excuss for the cars problems... Between my first infinity and now this car which "I love" I have been driving infinities for 4 1/2 yrs, previously I had been loyal to BMW for over 15 yrs unfortunitly no comparison in customer service, More

BOUGHT INFINITI AND ALL I HAVE HAD IS RECALLS YOU ALL SUCK I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS CAR BUT I BOUGHT IT ANYWAY AND ALL I HAVE HAD WAS RECALLS, FIRST RECALL THE DASH WAS BUBBLING UP ,SO THEY REPLACED IT AND TH I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS CAR BUT I BOUGHT IT ANYWAY AND ALL I HAVE HAD WAS RECALLS, FIRST RECALL THE DASH WAS BUBBLING UP ,SO THEY REPLACED IT AND THEN THE AIRBAG PASSENGER SIDE WAS RECALLED , SO I HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN , BUT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST A YEAR BUT THEY SAID I WAS SAFE THAT THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT I STILL NEEDED A PART ,SO WHEN IT FINALLY CAME IN THEY ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGED THE DASH AND SLOWLY IT STARTED PEELING UP. BUT THEY WOULD NOT EXCEPT LIABILITY . WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT 2 DASHES PEELED UP. BUT THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT . THEY HAVE MADE AN ENEMY FOR LIFE, I LOVE MY INFINITI BUT DO NOT BUY A CAR AT INFINITI OF TAMPA .AFTER ALL THIS HAPPEN , I GOT ANOTHER RECALL, SOMETHING RELATED TO A LEAKING OF GAS ?????? IDK I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN .
