BOUGHT INFINITI AND ALL I HAVE HAD IS RECALLS YOU ALL SUCK I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS CAR BUT I BOUGHT IT ANYWAY AND ALL I HAVE HAD WAS RECALLS, FIRST RECALL THE DASH WAS BUBBLING UP ,SO THEY REPLACED IT AND TH I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS CAR BUT I BOUGHT IT ANYWAY AND ALL I HAVE HAD WAS RECALLS, FIRST RECALL THE DASH WAS BUBBLING UP ,SO THEY REPLACED IT AND THEN THE AIRBAG PASSENGER SIDE WAS RECALLED , SO I HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN , BUT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST A YEAR BUT THEY SAID I WAS SAFE THAT THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT I STILL NEEDED A PART ,SO WHEN IT FINALLY CAME IN THEY ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGED THE DASH AND SLOWLY IT STARTED PEELING UP. BUT THEY WOULD NOT EXCEPT LIABILITY . WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT 2 DASHES PEELED UP. BUT THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT . THEY HAVE MADE AN ENEMY FOR LIFE, I LOVE MY INFINITI BUT DO NOT BUY A CAR AT INFINITI OF TAMPA .AFTER ALL THIS HAPPEN , I GOT ANOTHER RECALL, SOMETHING RELATED TO A LEAKING OF GAS ?????? IDK I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN . Misleading and Deceptive Sales Practices I was mislead and lied to during the sales process. In addition given poor information on my remaining payments and was told to do nothing, yet anoth I was mislead and lied to during the sales process. In addition given poor information on my remaining payments and was told to do nothing, yet another payment came out. Now I need to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund. Finally, the survey I was begged by multiple people to give perfect results shows it was completed, yet I never completed it. Highly suspicious knowing the issues that happened post sale. I would never do business with them again. More

New Infiniti QX30 I purchased a new Infiniti QX30 AWD Luxe from Infiniti of Tampa. The process of buying the car was a little rough in the beginning and the dealershi I purchased a new Infiniti QX30 AWD Luxe from Infiniti of Tampa. The process of buying the car was a little rough in the beginning and the dealership had a hard time finding the car on their lot. Once the car was located and numbers were discussed, I drove my new Infiniti home that night with the understanding that the financing would need to be finalized after Christmas. The days leading up to the finalized approval were brutal, however Ce Ce Devereaux and Nicolas Parra made the deal happen with a great interest rate and terms. I truly couldn't be happier with the deal I got and my new QX30. Thanks Nicolas and Ce Ce for helping me buy my new Infiniti! More
