2 weeks to deliver 1 item Our vehicle was leased on January 27, 2018. It is equipped with the theater package but was not delivered with the headphones and remote control. E Our vehicle was leased on January 27, 2018. It is equipped with the theater package but was not delivered with the headphones and remote control. Ebony Brown, the sales person indicated that because of the time of day (we were the last customers to leave on a Saturday night) and the fact that the dealer stores these items in the parts department (closed at that time) due to theft; the headphones and remote control would be available the following week. We acknowledged, she offered to mail them on Monday (Jan. 29th) and we accepted. Normally it takes a parcel 2 days to arrive from point to point within Tampa Bay. However, when we followed up on Thursday (Feb. 1st), the sales person responded that the items had not been mailed on Monday (as she told us) but rather on Wednesday (Jan. 31st.). So, we waited. On Feb. 5th we contacted the sales person who now told us that when she (allegedly) talked to the parts department on Monday (Jan. 29th) their system was down and that the parts person failed to place the order when the system came back online, and that the order would be placed on Feb. 5th and that she'd provide a tracking number when available. Today (Feb. 5th), we got fed up with all the stories and escalated the issue to Jay Friedman, the sales manager. First thing he says is that he was surprised to hear that the car was missing these items. This in obvious contradiction to what the sales person said (theft prevention) the reason was. The sales manager offered a reasonable solution and (once again) we accepted. Why did we have to escalate the matter to the sales manager when this should have been done by the sales person, especially after the issue hadn't been solved in over a week? Today is Feb. 8th and we have not received the items yet. What's next, contacting Paul Snedic, the General Manager, to get these items delivered? This whole ridiculous almost 2 weeks account for a pair of headphones and a remote control. Is all the conflictive information and mishandling provided to us worth to Infiniti losing a customer over a pair of headphones and a remote control? To me it is. It's not the items but the lack of professionalism exhibited and an obvious misunderstanding of the word "fulfillment" that will influence our future relationship with Infiniti. More

He took me on several test drives so I could determine the difference in each one for myself. Your stereotypical used car salesman but I managed to work out a deal with him. Afterwards he was trying to go over the car with me but had absolutely zero knowledge about the car he was selling. I just had to get out of there because of his lack of knowledge was frustrating and mostly because he was wasting my time. So Anton calls me a week later to ask about my car experience and I tried to bring a few things to his attention. He was not sincerely interested in anything I had to say and then I caught him in a lie. We argued a bit and he hung up the phone on me. DON'T DEAL WITH ANTON BOODAN from Infiniti of Tampa More

Poor customer service experiences If were asked to provide an opinion of the level of service and professionalism provided to customers at your Infiniti dealership based on my personal If were asked to provide an opinion of the level of service and professionalism provided to customers at your Infiniti dealership based on my personal experiences with Mr. English, I would say your service deprtment has wanton disregard for its customers, their satisfaction, and most importantly their desire to continue to patronize your dealership. For the sake of continuity, I have requested to work with said service representative, Mr. English, on multiple occasions. During the April 7th encounter I was told I would not receive the advertised, complementary car wash because I missed the cut off time for a car wash. This was not the first time I was denied a car wash after service however the rationale offered was not the same. When I asked Mr. English to explain why the appointment time was available on the website and why would customers be allowed to schedule an appointment at that time if it limits service options he replied " I don't know". During this encounter Mr. English also questioned the validity of my electronic service coupon and insisted that I provide the "code" on the email. After producing the email Mr. English agreed to honor the discount, however, I did not see any code/codes listed. Mr. English also provided a list of recommended services which included new tires. I informed Mr. English that I recently purchased tires from a Goodyear distributor and he recommended I schedule an alignment with the Infiniti after the tires have been mounted. Mr. English explained that most often non Infiniti service departments cannot correctly align Infiniti vehicles. Mr. English also informed me that my coupon included a discounted rate for an alignment that was valid through April 30, 2017. I agreed to return at a later time for an alignment. The following encounter on April 10 was absolutely the worst experience I have had with a dealership service department to date. I scheduled an appointment for tire mount, balance and alignment. I contacted the service department by telephone and was told the tire mounting and balance would cost $99.99 plus tax. When I met with Mr. English to review the scheduled services and cost he informed me there would be an extra $40.00 shop cost. I explained that I was not made aware of this additional expense and expressed my concern with not receiving accurate information. Initially Mr. English reiterated the purpose of the cost without addressing the concerns raised and ultimately Mr. English refused to engage in any further discussion. Being that Mr. English was unapologetic and unwilling to address my concerns, I requested my vehicle and left the dealership. I immediately attempted to contact the service manager, James Stawski and left a detailed message on his voicemail requesting a return call. Mr. Stawski has never returned my call. More
