The easiest car buying experience i have ever had. I found the car I wanted. It is a 2012 Ford Mustang. I emailed that I was interested. the next Morning Josh emailed me back. Josh was the salesman and Lam was the finance guy. Both were extremely professional and very easy to deal with. Neither tried to sell me something I didn't want or need. I told Josh what I wanted to put down. Josh let me basically pick the payment that worked for me. Lam took care of all the financing. It was a very quick, fast, easy car buying experience. HIGHLY recommend Infinity to anyone wanting to buy a car. The whole office was very nice and professional. If you go there ask for Josh!!!!! More
Awful dealership with condescending attitudes I went to infinity of Tampa with the intention of purchasing a new car. Prior to going in I knew I liked the car and had done my research on the vehic I went to infinity of Tampa with the intention of purchasing a new car. Prior to going in I knew I liked the car and had done my research on the vehicle. Off the several dealerships I have visited this is by far the single worst dealership I have ever been to. After we were unable to agree on a price with the sales person he offered to bring his finance guy in. The gentleman in charge of finance was rude, condescending and extremely impolite. He found it necessary to tell me that since I refuse to pay the price they quoted me (which was several thousand higher than the Clearwater dealership) that I perhaps could not afford an infinity. He alluded to the fact that I do not make enough money to afford such a vehicle. Perhaps I should've reminded him our household has purchased two other new cars from Lexus and BMW within the last year. Unfortunately I did not think he nor this dealership was worth anymore of our time. After seeing that several other people have written a similar views about this dealership I'm no longer surprised by my experience. Going forward I hope to actively discourage anyone from giving this company your business. More

They don't do what they promise. I am very dissatisfied with the situation regarding the automatic door locks on my Infinity FX35 and am hoping someone is willing to rectify this problem. I purchased the Infinity FX35 new with the expectation that it was a superior product, never thinking that at 42000 miles all the door locks would stop working simultaneously and require over $2700 to repair the problem. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I've done some research on line and have discovered many complaints regarding the acctuaters. My automatic car door opener stopped working while the switch that unlocks the doors still activates the locks. I believe this should fall under a recall. I have notified Infinity consumer affairs and they are not willing to do anything about it. I will never buy another infinity. More

At the time of my purchase both Chad and Josh work with my finance and deliver superior customer service which made my experience remarkable. I will definitely recommend either Chad or Josh at Infiniti of Tampa for your purchase you won't be sorry. In the service department I HIGHLY recommend Mike Barna or Fadi as your service advisor, they always go out of their way and I am always confident they will take care of my car and my service issues!!!!! Incredibly rude staff, sneaky liars I came here to test drive a CPO G37. Well, Anton asked if I'd been approved for a loan and I told him I'd be curious to see what Infiniti's financing could do. Now I explicitly told him to NOT run a hard inquiry on my credit, and to have his team just crunch the numbers and get an idea of what I could get.I have family in banking and they said this is possible without running my credit. He assured me they would do a "soft pull" and it would only affect me by one or two points. He gave me a document to sign, which I did under the impression that this was the authorization for the soft pull he had told me they would do. I find out hours later that Infiniti ran a hard inquiry on my credit and I took a significant 40 point hit. I came in the next day to speak to the manager, and he told me I should just dispute it but it wont go anywhere. I called and spoke to Lan Nguyen and he told me there was nothing they could do. I told him Anton deceived me and if he couldn't do a soft pull he should've said so, rather than lie to me. I told him I was lied to and he said, "Sorry you feel that way." I told him I loved the car but sadly this poor treatment would keep me from buying the car and he said, "That's okay." Are you serious? You're okay with losing business because that liar Anton screwed me by disobeying my wishes? This dealership has no remorse for what they did, they were incredibly rude, Anton is a scammer, Lan was incredibly condescending, and they made me feel like my money didn't matter to them. It's truly a shame. I was ready to buy this week and they lost my business, and have hurt my chances of getting a good rate on an auto loan elsewhere. Do not bother with these elitist jerks. More

Superior Service I called ahead to check the wait to an oil change and was reassured my car wouldn't have a long wait. I arrived and the service agent who welcomed me I called ahead to check the wait to an oil change and was reassured my car wouldn't have a long wait. I arrived and the service agent who welcomed me had taken my call as well and called me by my name, this wasn't my first time at the dealership but the first of gotten this level of service, I should call ahead more often :) after handing over my keys I was asked to wait in the beautifully designed waiting area or ample spaced cafe with complimentary ice coffee with all the fixings, slushed, water and snacks. There's also free wifi and I saw a very professionals with their laptops seamlessly attending to their business needs while they waited. The baristas have always been super courteous and I really like appreciate that. Michael English is my assigned Service Agent and I've worked with him several times he went over a few concerns with repairs that were obviously in sight without a diagnostic being performed. I took his advice to have an upper radiator hose fixed and he quickly informed the maintenance team so I wouldn't wait long. Keep in mind for repairs in such they do provide free rentals but I didn't mind hanging around and doing homework while I waited. When checking out Michael asked how my family was and more specifically a sister I'd once brought in with me. His attention to detail and High level of customer service will have be coming back for years since I plan to stay in the Infiniti family. So thank you Infiniti of Tampa for always taking such good care of me! pS they also hand wash your car which is a nice free perk with a oil change which is also competively priced my full synthetic ran me $79 by mentioning the special listed online.
