I just want Dealer Rater to know, if htey read these messages. That Paul Snedic never contacted us, this is a disengenuous auto email from him. Soon he will have to defend a picket sign outside his dealership that says "This Infiniti Dealership Poisons People". Lot of hungry homeless people on Dale Mabry.

Benjamin Joseph responded

Of course he could fix the carpets he poisoned. But nohh, why should he do the right thing, he's never seen an example of such.

Mr. Duggar, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience. It is an integral part of our best practices to make sure than any and all sensitive documentation and information about our customers is kept safe and confidential at all times. When you had your car serviced at the other dealership, it does pull up the name, address, and telephone number of a previous owner. This happens for a couple reasons: to make sure there is accurate reporting for any repair/maintenance done to the car for insurance/claims issues, to keep an accurate account of the life of the car, and to make sure that contact can be made to any previous owners of the vehicle if it is found abandoned/etc. I would like to reassure you that any information you saw in regard to your car was basic information and in no way in violation of our policies and procedures. If you would like further clarification of any details, please do not hesitate to contact me. Paul Snedic General Manager 813-235-0317

I want to take a moment to thank you for your response. I received your customer Melissa Meredith's name, address, and telephone number as the CUSTOMER, not for warranty follow-up purposes. I called her to warn her that this information had been disseminated on this work order. I wanted to know where my wife's name, address, and telephone numbers might be since my receipt had Melissa Meredith. Although the receipt was ripped by employees of Orlando Infiniti, I have the receipt with all that information. My anger/angst is would you want a total stranger at another dealership receiving the name/address/ and telephone number of your wife/girlfriend/domestic partner? Destiny from Orl. Infiniti on September 4th said it was Florida Infiniti Dealerships software program to blame and I find that utterly unacceptable and felt a burden/obligation to make this known to Infiniti customers in the State of Florida. The Service Manager at Orl. Inf. called my wife on Wednesday claiming I was lying (the police report is a sworn notarized document). Today, I received a call threatening that if I did not remove names from these reviews, she would take appropriate action...threat. I have yet to hear from the GM at Orlando Infiniti. I've owned three (3) Infinitis and really value loyalty. It is a shame that corporate Nissan and Infiniti don't feel the same way. Thanks again for your professionalism and advice. I can't see the GM in Orlando based on the behavior of his employees purveying any sense of professionalism, not even a courtesy call. But I guess when you steal your customers private papers, what "courtesy call" can you make. Good luck. Respectfully, Michael J. Duggar Law Office of Michael J. Duggar T:(321) 251-7766
