We understand your issue has been taken care of and would like to apologize again for the faulty equipment. Unfortunately, when the vehicle was inspected the wipers worked and it seemed to be a manufacture issue that came to surface early on with your JX. From time to time there are things that arise that are not perfect with a vehicle and we will continue to look for these issues during our pre-delivery inspection and correct any issues that may be present. Here at Infiniti of Tampa we strive to give every customer the exceptional experience with every aspect of their purchase and we deeply regret not catching that particular issue with the wipers before you took delivery!
