1st time Since the Glendale Infiniti closed, I had to find a new place to service my car. Well Infiniti Van Nuys was the closest so I thought I’d try it first. Since the Glendale Infiniti closed, I had to find a new place to service my car. Well Infiniti Van Nuys was the closest so I thought I’d try it first. So far not very impressed. Glendale worked with their customers on labor and parts pricing as well as clarity of final pricing. I fell like I never got a full explanation of what was needed. It seemed as if everyone was too busy and just wanted to get me outta there. Also Glendale was very courteous on allowing me a courtesy vehicle to complete my daily errands, all while my car was being serviced. Even after an explanation of what I had to do, I was denied. A simple oil change turned into more work(which I was fine with) but I had stuff to do. I will try this place one more time. If after the next visit I am unsatisfied again. I’ll make the trip to Monrovia Infiniti. I was treated great there on my first visit, and probably the closest I’ve felt to Glendale Infiniti. More

Fantastic Experience with Resty and Infiniti Van Nuys I've had a lot of problems since leasing my QX80 with the battery dying 4 times in just one year. I've taken it into the service shop at various Infin I've had a lot of problems since leasing my QX80 with the battery dying 4 times in just one year. I've taken it into the service shop at various Infiniti repair shops, and Resty was incredible. He was the first one to run a diagnostic check that found the problem on why the the battery was being drained. He ordered the part and the car was fixed in 2 days Super happy with Resty and infiniti Van Nuys (even though I didn't get a loaner car or a ride) More

Outstanding Customer Service! I was treated like family! I was immediately greeted as I stepped out of my car and offered a water. Great service I made an appointment earlier in the day for afternoon. They were totally ok with that, i came in and they were pretty busy, but for sure they took ca I made an appointment earlier in the day for afternoon. I waited for half an hour and that 1 hour and a half for them to do oil change. Somewhat i spent regular time in their. I expected them to be busy since there is no glendale infiniti that i use to go for service. More
