I am extremely disappointed. I have been coming to your dealership for the past 6 years. You have complete profile on my car and keep sending me special deals related to my car s I have been coming to your dealership for the past 6 years. You have complete profile on my car and keep sending me special deals related to my car such as upgrade it with a new car or when service is due specific to my car. I received special oil change deal to pay for two and get 3 for $139. Made an appointment and when showed up I was told it is $189. I showed the offer email to the service rep and it never says that my car would be $189. He finally showed me two words at the end of the email that said "see dealer" and apparently it means prices will be different. Not a way to keep a customer by what is called "bait & switch". I agreed to stay and get the service done as I was already there but have learned my lesson not to trust the email correspondence I get from Infiniti of Van Nuys. More
