Above and beyond 2008 M in for a recall. Recently my sunroof sunshade got bumped by my Pyrenees, getting knocked out of the sliding track, jamming the sunroof. Bringin 2008 M in for a recall. Recently my sunroof sunshade got bumped by my Pyrenees, getting knocked out of the sliding track, jamming the sunroof. Bringing the car in anyway, so let's get it fixed. As Resty writes the order, I figure, this is gonna be a couple of hundred bucks. I fill out the paper and wala, no charge. How awesome , I ask about the sunroof problem and the why cost - "customer service"! Great service, great care, great dealer. I LOVE MY INFINITI. More
Totally dissatisfied. I was totally dissatisfied with my last few visits here at Infiniti of Van Nuys. I'm close to 2 other Infiniti dealers, yet I chose Infiniti of Van Nuys. And I don't think I'll return at this point. More
